Three days ago after the previous heavy spell I was pushing Rukaiyaben on the wheelchair from home Hajiali government colony to madanpura
Been doing this for the past several months. So I was following a "fixed" route which made her ride least uncomfortable. As we turned right at the Mahalaxmi station signal, I suddenly felt the wheelchair lurch forward in a place which was hitherto smooth
There was a 3 ft diameter sinking of the road which was why the wheelchair lurched.
I told the traffic constable about it and he directed me to his superior in the mobile patrol across the road explained my observations and they told me they have notified the BMC authorities
